        Hello all, well this area is dedicated to links that I have found useful for tracking Oklahoma weather. Anyone that lives in the N.E. Oklahoma knows you have to stay on top of the weather here as we are located in Tornado Alley and it can change at a drop of the hat. Anyway listed here, is some information you might find handy when the weather turns South!

Live weather conditions brought to you by my Ham radio station, with no phone lines.

        This is done by using a ham radio transceiver, TNC and home weather station. The details of the setup are a Kantronics KPC-3 TNC interfaced to a WX-200 home weather station, powered by a 45 watt 2 meter HTX-212 ham radio with a 2 meter antenna at 48 feet. This is then transmitted over the local winaprs net which is interfaced in Tulsa to the internet. I then link to a winaprs database that collects these information packets and can be accessed on the WWW
