 ElectraJet Assembly

Ok this part of building starts with attaching the wings as per the included instructions, nothing to secret here to learn.

The steps included were, I  did a check fit of the wings to the main body (which on mine was perfect out of the box), then I mixed some 6 minute epoxy and worked pretty fast and did one wing at a time.. Took about 30 minutes in construction time for this. I also pre-tested the fit of the hinges as in this photo.

Nice feature I liked was that the hinge slots on the wing and the aileron are already pre-slotted sure makes them fit factory square. I then glued the hinges in as in the next photo. I glued the wing side all the way across and let it cure before I did the aileron side.

*Tip take a piece of sandpaper and roughen the hinges up before you glue them in. I ran into a problem with them staying glued until I sanded them lightly now they are good and tight.

Hinges installed on wing side..

Right Aileron Installed

Left Aileron installed

Wow this thing goes together really fast.

At this point I have to say so far I am really impressed with the construction and quality. Nice fitting parts make for fast assembly..

I have maybe 2 hours in build time so far and have the wings attached the ailerons attached the servo cut outs enlarged for the HS55's I had on hand for it and my extra support for the nose completed.
